Day 1 and 2 of Europe Adventure

The plane ride from Melbourne to London, was again TOO LONG. My uncle Mike picked me up from the airport and we had a funny joke about something and it’s pretty crack up. I was like what the hell, because he was pretending to be a Trump supporter, and I was going to get out of the car but he was joking. And then we got to my cousins house and I gave them big snuggles, then we had dinner and went to bed. I’m in the UK, in ELY in Cambridgeshire. Ely is called Ely because it was an ancient eel farming region, which continued until the 1930’s. Now all the eels have nearly been farmed out. The fens are a series of marsh lands and canals, most fens have been drained to build housing. The fens are great because they are teeming with wildlife and it was great to hear all of it. The fens are full of amazing wildlife that we don’t have in Australia, like hedgehogs, deers, rabbits, foxes and more. 

  

I’ve had the best adventures here because I went to some place (Wicken Fen BELOW)  and saw a little mole digging a mole hill from under the ground. It’s a unique experience to see a mole coming up out of the ground in the daylight so we were really lucky.

Travelling Europe 2012 Ely, Qatar and Cambridge

I still feel sick about the food on the plane. I actually ate that thing that they gave me. Or I didn't. Quinnie got a Firebolt from Harry Potter and robes, and glasses and a wand dress-ups (and a cute little cousin). 

Ely Cathedral was pretty boring but it had good lollies. I got a yo-yo. The yo-yo lights up, it's good. I'm getting presents for my brother one day.    

The plane flight was pretty sickening and I watched Sherlock Holmes and lots of other movies. I saw an amazing desert in Qatar. My Auntie picked me up from the airport instead of a two hour train ride and she bought me to Ely, near Cambridge. I almost got hit by a bus while riding a bike in Cambridge this afternoon. It was fun to ride, we went to a really good lolly shop and it was amazing. We bought some sherbet but my mum won't let me eat any. I really love lollies the most out of anything. It was better than going to school. We went into a round church on an old Roman road and it was cool. I describe the Cathedral as boring but interesting. It was very old, it had no Roman's in it, and someone showed me a secret maze in the floor. The maze was a map for the Cathedrals West Wing. 

I played with my little cousins in the bath, yesterday I kicked the soccer ball with my cousins. I have learnt not to trust my mum with lollies, she never lets me have them. 

Well, there were these masked womyn in Qatar, I didn't know what they were for and then my mum told me, it was about their beauty or something and they didn't want the man to see them - that was the law.  

It's summer here but it's even worse than winter. 

Monday April 16, or the day I made a mobile phone

Word from Quinn

I am Quinn and I like hip hop and things like that. I was sick home from school. My mum bought a new computer. I have a new song to send to everyone so watch out!

iggy and quinn had the chicks and when it was bedtime the chicks got out and creeped (sic) with their tippy toes and they opened the door, ran down the stairs, and they run across the woods, and cross the village and across the garden, across the sea, over the wall, and to someone else's house. when iggy and quinn woke up, they saw the chicks were gone. and then the chicks got back over the wall, across the sea, across the garden, across the village, across the woods, up the stairs and opened the door, creeped (sic) on their tippy toes and went back into the box. and then iggy and quinn found that their chicks were back and those were deltas chicks and quinn and iggy gave the box back to delta and then delta was surprised the chicks were back after a very long time!

Once upon a time there was a little kid running across the woods until he heard a fox and he said 'fox, fox', and then all the men came and then a strage man came with a sword - he was a spirit man. There was someone going behind his back to kill him but he knew because he was a ghost. And then there was a cry in the forest and then he tranformed into human and then the Ninja sword was actually magic cause he could turn into any animal he wanted - and I tell you what he turned into a fox - a magic fox.
